TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions (Agreement) carefully.
 
Welcome to our Luxury South Africa Group Retreat! By booking and participating in our tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

### 1. Booking and Payments
1.1. To secure your spot on the tour, a non-refundable deposit of $1 000 USD is required at the time of booking.
1.2. $2198.34 USD to be paid on or before 22nd November 2025, $ 2198.34 USD to be paid on or before 22nd January 2026, $2198.34 USD to be paid on or before 22nd February 2026.
1.3. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.


####1.4 Giveaway T's and C's

1.4.1 One guest (one spot) will receive a prize equal to 50% off their booking, capped at a credit of USD 3,797 (i.e., up to USD 3,797). If booked as a couple, both persons are entered into the draw but only one person/spot may win. Private-room bookings are eligible for a maximum credit of USD 3,797 (one spot). The prize is a credit only — not redeemable for cash — and must be applied in accordance with section 1.4.4.
1.4.2 The draw will take place during the trip between April 23 and May 2, 2026. Only guests who are present on the trip and are fully paid at the time of the draw are eligible to win.
1.4.3 A maximum of 15 guests will be eligible to win.
1.4.4 The winner will receive a non-transferable credit only — this credit can be applied solely toward the cost of a future trip booked with us and taken within one year of the draw date. The credit:
Is NOT redeemable for cash or refundable.
Cannot be split, sold, transferred, or applied to any purchases other than a qualified future trip.
Must be used in a single booking; any trip cost exceeding the credit is the winner’s responsibility.
Expires one year after the draw date if unused.
1.4.5 Deposit payments alone do not confer eligibility for the draw. Guests who are not fully paid at the time of the draw are not eligible to win.

### 2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
2.2. Cancellations made before 22nd November 2025 will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
2.3. Cancellations made after 22nd November 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
2.4. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour, a full refund will be provided.
2.5. All scheduled domestic flights are booked and paid in full. Return domestic flights included on this trip (Cape Town > Hoedspruit, return) are non refundable & non-creditable. If you wish to stay longer on safari, a refund or credit will not be issued for the domestic flight and you will need to book onward travel on your own accord. If you miss these flights for any reason, a refund or credit will not be issued & any additional costs will be at guests own expense. The SALTY LUXE South Africa trip ends when we board the flight from Hoedspruit to Cape Town on the 2nd May, 2026.

### 3. Inclusions and Exclusions
3.1. The tour package includes:
   - Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
   - All meals on safari and 2 meals a day in Franschoek and Cape Town. Non-alcoholic drinks are included. Certain alcoholic beverages at         select meals & events are included.
   - Guided tours and activities as specified in the itinerary.
   - Transportation and transfers during the retreat.
   - 2 domestic flights. One from CTIA to HDS. One from HDS to CTIA. The trip starts and ends in CTIA.

3.2. Airport Transfers
   - Guests must arrive on their own accord to Cape Town International airport and make their way to POD Boutique Hotel for check in at          2pm on retreat start date, 23rd April 2026.
   - All Transfers are included during the retreat to all activities specified on the itinerary starting from 2pm at POD on the 23rd April and           ending at 2pm when we board the domestic flight from HDS back to CTIA.
   - The retreat will start at POD Boutique Hotel at 2pm on the 23rd April 2026.
   - To avoid any complications with flights (delays ect.) guests are encouraged to arrive on the 22nd April to South Africa and spend the             night at one of the airport hotels at Cape Town International Airport (or surrounds) at an Airbnb to ensure they get to the meeting point         at 2pm on the 23rd April 2026 at POD Boutique Hotel.

3.3. The tour package does not include:
   - International airfare to and from South Africa.
   - Travel insurance (mandatory).
   - Personal expenses (e.g. alcoholic beverages, souvenirs).
   - Optional activities that are not included in the itinerary.
   - Gratuities.

### 4. Health and Safety
4.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour.
4.2. It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour.

### 5. Travel Documents and Visas
5.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
5.2. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.

### 6. Itinerary Changes
6.1. While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, changes may occur due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary as needed, and participants will be informed as soon as possible.

### 7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
7.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the tour.

### 8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other tour members, guides, and local communities.
8.2. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or harmful may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour, with no refund provided.

### 9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa courts.
