Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions (Agreement) carefully.


Welcome to our LUXURY SAILING FRENCH POLYNESIA Group Trip! By booking and participating in our tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.



### 1. Booking and Payments

1.1. To secure your spot on the tour, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 USD is required at the time of booking.

1.2. For twin and couple spots 1st payment of $1398.33 USD is due on 22nd March 2026, 2nd Payment of 1398.33 USD is due 23rd April 2026 and final payment of $1398.33 USD is due 23rd June 2026. If payments are more than 2 weeks late of the above stipulated dates, we reserve the right to cancel your booking upon notification.

1.3. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.



### 2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

2.2. Cancellations made before 22nd March 2026 will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.

2.3. Cancellations made after 22nd March 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

2.4. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour, we will reschedule the trip. If you are unable to attend, a full refund will be provided. 



### 3. Inclusions and Exclusions
3.1. The tour package includes:
   
- Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
   
- All meals and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soft drinks and juices.
   
- Guided tours and activities as specified in the itinerary.
 


3.2. Airport Transfers
   
- Guests must arrive and depart on their own accord to and from FRENCH POLYNESIA. The trip starts in Raiatea on the 24th August 2026 at 1pm and ends in Bora Bora on the 31st August at 10am. Guests will need to fly into Tahiti International, before taking a short domestic flight from Tahiti to Raiatea on or before 8th July (no later than 12pm arrival). The retreat ends in Bora Bora so guests will need to fly domestically back to Tahiti and then internationally home. All flights are at guests own expense.
   
- A designated spot will be organised by hosts for meeting point in the marina of Raiatea on the 24th August 2026.
   
- To avoid any complications with flights (delays ect.) guests are encouraged to arrive on the 23rd August 2026 to FRENCH POLYNESIA/TAHITI and either spend the night at one of the recommended hotels in Tahiti or fly to Raiatea to spend the night to ensure they get to the meeting point no later than 1pm on the 24th August 2026 in Raiatea. Should guests miss this departure at 1pm on the 8th July 2025 guests will need to arrange transport by boat to the Catamaran and catch up the group on the trip at their own expense.



3.3. The tour package does not include:
   
- International airfare to and from FRENCH POLYNESIA/TAHITI.
- Domestic flights from TAHITI to RAIATEA (arrival) and domestic flights from BORA BORA to Tahiti (departure)
- No flights international or domestic are included.
   
- Travel insurance (mandatory).
 
- Personal expenses (e.g. alcoholic beverages, souvenirs).
   
- Optional activities that are not included in the itinerary (ie diving)
   
- Gratuities.



### 4. Health and Safety

4.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour.

4.2. It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour.


### 5. Travel Documents and Visas

5.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.

5.2. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.


### 6. Itinerary Changes

6.1. While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, changes may occur due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.2. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary as needed, and participants will be informed as soon as possible.



### 7. Liability

7.1.We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

7.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the tour.



### 8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other tour members, guides, and local communities.

8.2. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or harmful may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour, with no refund provided.



### 9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of French Polynesia.

9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Polynesian courts.
